LMP - "Aunt Canada"

Released in 1996, under the band's own label, Polyholiday.

Aunt Canada is an album I've always been fond of, since hearing the track "Beautiful Noise." on an old compilation CD.

The album is similar to early They Might Be Giants, in multiple ways, including the goofy songwriting, the instruments chosen (which include a Optigan, Banjo, Accordion, and Horns.) and the vocal styles.
